Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: Thank you for choosing Shop Morley!  You may return any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original form of payment. Sale items, intimates, swimwear, fine jewelry and personalized items are final sale and may not be returned. If an item is damaged upon arrival we allow a 48 hour window to notify our team of the damage for a full refund. Please email hello@shopmorley.com if you have any questions.

Regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us.

Fine Jewelry returns must be unworn, and the cost of the return label including insurance will be deducted from the refunded amount.

IN-STORE/ONLINE SEPARATION POLICY:
We reserve the right to have separate online policies from our in-store policies.  Orders placed over the phone are treated like an in-store sale, and therefore subject to our in-store return policy.  If you have questions regarding our two separate return policies, please email hello@shopmorley.com and we will gladly assist you.
